How To Make A Snow Cone Without A Machine:
Believe it or not you do not need to buy an expensive snow cone machine to make snow cones at home. You can easily make this delicious treat with a high powered blender and crushed ice.
To make the shaved ice place 2 cups crushed ice into the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
It is best to use crushed ice for this so that your blender doesn’t overheat. The ice becomes the perfect texture for snow cones!
Once you have your ice you can place your cups into a cone stand, fill them with the shaved ice and then top with the delicious homemade syrup.
How Much Syrup To Add:
Grab about 1 cup of shaved ice and then top with your favorite flavor combinations of syrup. I like to add enough syrup to soak the ice. This usually is about 2 tablespoons or so of syrup.
Depending on how much ice you want you may need to add more or less syrup.
